What a great experience selling our home. Chad and his wife Amy are not only delightful to work with but knowledgeable of the market in a rough economy. We sold our home through Southern Capital Realty in less than a month. We had a custom 5500 sq. foot home that was priced at $825,000.00. Based on other realty companies, we were told we would have to drop our price not only to attract buyers but also to accomodate the normal 6% fee charged. After listing my home the traditional way with a well known Real Estate firm, receiving low offers and asked to reduce the price of my home I let my contract expire and signed up with
Chad Hahn and now my home is only days from closing only after 3 weeks. But most important;

I had received a post card about listing my home on the MLS for only $279.00. At first I was not interested and did not believe that it had any value. But then I remembered what the realtor

To anyone who is planning on selling their home in this market

My husband and I recently listed our home in New Braunfels with Southern Capital Realty and sold it within 6 days! Chad did an awesome job on our MLS on the internet. The pictures were very clear and really made the house more marketable via the internet.
We were very skeptical after receiving our flyer in the mail and couldn't believe that we only had to pay a flat rate fee of $279.00 and pay 3% commission at time of closing.
After receiving our sellers agreement stating the commission on the sale of our house we were so happy to know that we saved a total of $6960.00 in commission fees.
What Southern Capital Realty is doing for sellers is remarkable! We stood to make hardly anything on the sale of our home and SCR helped us make enough money for the down payment towards our next home and more! With SCR, who said it has to be a buyer's market! Paying only 3% in commissions really saved us a lot of money!
